Our main concern is for the safety and comfort of our clients. We have seen a range of water-damage events. When you hire TruStar Emergency Restoration Specialists, you know you are getting a water damage restoration team you can trust, one who keeps your needs and satisfaction at the forefront.
Step 1: Inspection
First, if water is still entering the property, we contain the flooding by first locating the point of entry, and taking steps to prevent additional water from entering. We next evaluate the area to determine the full extent and location of water damage.
Step 2: Water Removal/ Extraction
We use powerful truck-mounted equipment for efficient water extraction. The more standing water we extract, the faster the dry time. We check behind walls, under carpeting, and in corners for dampness, and take steps to prevent mold from growing.
Step 3: Drying/ Dehumidification
Industry-grade, state-of-the-art equipment is used to remove dampness and moisture throughout and to thoroughly dry the water in affected area. We use moisture-detection equipment to test levels of air and surface humidity.
Step 4: Cleaning & Sanitation
If building materials and contents can be saved and restored, we clean and sanitize them. Items that are not salvageable are properly disposed of. We decontaminate, sanitize, and deodorize the affected area using EPA-approved products.
Step 5: Restoration
We restore and renovate materials and belongings that sustained water damage—furnishings, structural materials, personal items—following a coordinated inventory process. If necessary, we move and store your belongings temporarily.

2021 didn’t give us a good start but TruStar saved us!
“We had a very terrible pipe water leakage problem on the New Year’s Day. Thankfully they were able to come to our house very quickly and set up their equipment help remove the water. They are very professional, they had more equipment in their truck, but our power couldn’t handle more. They came every morning to monitor the status. All of the workers are extremely nice, responsible and good communicators. 2021 didn’t give us a good start but Eddie saved us!”
